21 Tips To Take Care Of Your Eyes

Applying a warm compress to your eyelids will liquefy the oil and allow it to flow freely into your tears, helping to keep your eyes lubricated. Making a warm compress is easy. Moisten a clean washcloth with warm water and press it against the eyelid for 1 minute. Your eyes will thank you!

20. Get a magnified vision test every two years.

The American Association of Optometrists recommends that all adults between the ages of 18 and 60s see an eye doctor every two years at least.
